About the Program

Our pulmonary rehabilitation program is designed to help manage the symptoms associated with lung problems and improve your quality of life through exercise and education.

This medically advanced program consists of physical and pulmonary therapy and education sessions on the causes and effective management of lung disease.

For your safety, all exercise is closely supervised while monitoring your oxygen saturation levels, heart rate, and blood pressure. The CHI St. Joseph Health pulmonary rehab team includes physical therapists, physical therapist assistants and respiratory therapists.

Enrolling in the Program

The pulmonary rehabilitation program requires a physician referral and a recent Pulmonary Function Test (PFT). We encourage you to share this information with your doctor and ask for help in determining if you would benefit from this program.
