St. Joseph Health Foundation to Host Fifth-Annual Gran Fondo March 22, 2020

Bryan, TX, December 17, 2019—CHI St. Joseph Health Foundation will host the fifth-annual Gran Fondo cycling event Sunday, March 22, 2020, with proceeds benefiting St. Joseph Health Cancer Center Patient Services. Offering a choice of 20-, 40-, 70- or 100-mile scenic routes, the ride will begin with a rolling start at 7:30 a.m. at The Stella Hotel, located at 4100 Lake Atlas Drive, in the Lake Walk Development. Gran Fondo has been designated a Recommended Ride for the Texas MS 150, which will make its way through College Station later in the spring! The Gran Gravel 500 will begin at The Stella Hotel on Thursday, March 19, at 5:00 a.m. This self-supported, 500-mile race will travel through two National Forests in east Texas, with Gran Fondo Co-Chair Billy Rice leading the route. Join us Saturday, March 21, from 7:00 -10:00 p.m. for a pre-ride concert at Lake Walk Town Center where there will be activities for the entire family including food trucks and a kid zone! Ride Donations and proceeds from these events will provide support for cancer patients receiving treatment at St. Joseph Health Cancer Center.
